This includes aspects such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, and material safety. We use these principles as a guideline and follow relevant best practices to support a high level of product safety and user comfort. 

We are committed to minimizing risk and prioritizing your well-being. However, due to the nature of our products, we always recommend responsible use and following general safety guidelines. 

We also work with independent, accredited testing laboratories to evaluate our products in alignment with ISO 3533:2021 principles, helping us maintain consistent quality and safety standards. 

Take Care Of Your myplotmate

We want you to have fun with your toy for as long as possible. This will be the case if you follow below recommendations.

• Before first use: wash the toy thoroughly with soap and warm water.

• During use: use a good-quality water-based lube with your toy. Do not use silicone-based lubes.

• After use: clean the toy carefully with soap and warm water. Alternatively use a toy cleaner.

• Storage: store your toy in a dry and safe place. Ideally place it back in the book box and put it on your shelf. Make sure to keep it away from sharp objects.
