Quality is about more than just the material
We are committed to minimizing risk and maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and toy safety.
Our approach to quality and safety
Safe materials are only one part of what makes a safe toy.
That's why we combine material verification, toy design review, and independent finished-toy testing to support quality and safety standards.

Material verification
We carefully select materials based on quality, performance, and safety considerations.
Material suppliers provide documentation and third-party testing supporting compliance with applicable material standards and chemical requirements. Depending on the material, this may include assessments related to REACH, RoHS, PFAS, POPs, FDA, LFGB, heavy metals, and other applicable requirements.
We review this documentation as part of our material verification process.

Toy design review
All toys undergo a structured design review process intended to identify and reduce potential safety and usability risks.
This review considers materials, construction, intended use, foreseeable misuse, and product functionality. Designs may be updated over time as part of our continuous improvement process.
While we try to keep the toy as close as possible to the story, we might decide to make changes to improve your safety.

Finished toy testing
Every finished toy is evaluated by independent laboratories using recognized testing methodologies. This may include:
- California Proposition 65 chemical screening
- ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity screening (MTT method)
- FCC, CE, UKCA, and other applicable regulatory testing
- Product safety assessments
This testing helps verify that toys meet applicable regulatory and quality requirements before release.
